Wikia - creating communities
The Constructed Languages or Conlang Wikia are places for discussion and development of artificial languages whose phonology, grammar, and/or vocabulary have been devised by an individual or group, instead of having evolved naturally.
Some larger established languages have their own wikis, listed in Category:Constructed languages, but new and small languages should work on building pages and attracting editors on Conlang before requesting a separate wiki.
